On a summer visit to Ojo Caliente, I had the good fortune to be there on a full moon night. The canyon walls outside the casita rose into the inky velvet sky scattered with stars. As if by magic, a lemonlime moon floated into the sky lighting everything in an otherworldy glow! Not quite day - not quite night, I stared bewitched by it’s beauty, wrapped in the warm night air as the stars danced across the heavens above the lonely desert lands.
