 I saw a two ravens on the agave stalk when it bloomed, and the image has stayed in my mind for several years. I did a sketch of it and turned that into this painting. The ravens each have a different pose showing their personality and way of watching the setting sun. The balance of color in this painting and the interaction of the ravenss was particularly pleasing to me.
